Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Chicken meat
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 tbsp Almonds crushed
  • 1 tbsp Coconut milk powder
  • 1 tsp Hot spices
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Red pepper chopped
  • ½ tsp White cumin
  • 1 tsp Coriander crushed
  • 2 tsp Green chillies crrushed
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Cream

Instructions
 

  • Combine the minced chicken with ghee, almonds, coconut milk powder, hot spices, cumin, salt, red pepper, white cumin, coriander, green pepper, ginger garlic paste and cream.
  • Now mix it well and shape it into kebabs and apply it on skewers then barbecue.
