Marinate tikka boti with ginger garlic, salt, crushed red pepper and vinegar for 30 mins. Heat oil and butter, add crushed garlic, fry, add marinated meat, fry well for 7-8 mins.
Add all the sauces, cook for 5 mins, add veggies fry on fast flame for 3 mins, serve hot on a sizzler or platter.
