Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cup Chanay ki daal
  • 1 tsp Sa;t
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (crushed)
  • 2 ½ cup Water
  • 4 qty Bread slices
  • 1 cup Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
  • 1 tsp All Spice
  • ½ tsp Khatai Powder heaped
  • Flour to coat
  • 2 tbsp Mint Leaves (chopped)
  • 1 qty Onions (finely chopped)
  • 3 qty Green Chilies (chopped)
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • Egg to coat
  • Crumbs to coat
  • 1 ½ tsp Red Pepper (crushed)
  • 1 tsp Cumin (crushed)

TO ASSEMBLE

  • 4 qty Burger Buns
  • 4 qty Cucumber slices
  • 4 qty Tomatoes slices
  • Salad Leaves few
  • Tamarind Chutney to serve

Instructions
 

  • Boil daal with salt, ginger, garlic and water till daal is tender and water dries off.
  • Now add soaked and squeezed mashed potatoes and all the rest.
  • Form kabab shape out of this mixture.
  • Dip in beaten egg , roll in crumbs and deep fry.
