INGREDIENTS FOR DOUGH
- 500 gm Flour
- 60 ml Oil
- 60 gm Clarified butter
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Soda
- 1 tsp Cumin
- Water as required
FOR FILLING
- 125 gm Mash dal powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 ½ tbsp Red chili crushed
- ½ tsp All spice powder
- 1 tsp Fenugreek
- 1 tsp Crushed coriander
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 50 gm Clarified butter
FOR FILLING
Heat clarified butter, add cumin and coriander. Once it gets warm add the remaining ingredients.
Lastly add mash dal powder gradually. Mix well. Then make balls out of dough, spread well and add filling.
Heat clarified butter and deep fry the kachori.
Serve hot.
