Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Boneless chicken
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 pinch Orange red color
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
  • 2 qty Green chilies chopped
  • 3 tbsp Szechwan sauce
  • 1 tsp Crush red pepper
  • 1 qty Capsicum (cut into cubes)
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, orange color salt, oyster sauce, chili garlic sauce , soya sauce, sweet chili sauce, heat oil add crushed garlic and chilies, fry for 2 mins.
  • Add Szechwan sauce, with marinated chicken cook for 10 min till tender.
  • Add crush pepper capsicum sauté for 1 min.
  • If required thickens with corn flour paste.
