Ingredients
  

FOR FILLING

  • ½ cup Chick peas boiled
  • 1 tbsp Tahini paste heaped
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • ½ cup Cream
  • ½ tsp both Salt & pepper
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Oil

FOR VEGGIES

  • 1 qty Cucumber
  • 1 qty Onion
  • 1 qty Tomato
  • Olives chopped for topping
  • Jalapeno chopped as required

Instructions
 

  • Mini buns 12 scoop out from center, brush with melted butter and bake in the oven for 10-12 mins on 180 d till crisp.
  • Scoop out the center of mini buns, brush with melted butter inside and toast in oven till crisp, blend together all the ingredients for filling in a blender until smooth hummus is made.
  • Fold in all the veggies in the hummus and stuff in the mini buns, decorate with olives and jalapenos, serve.
