Instructions
Marinate fish salt and pepper half tsp each, 1 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp corn flour and egg.
Make thick batter with the given ingredients.
Dip fish in batter and deep fry for 5 mins.
FOR SAUCE
Heat oil quarter cup add crushed garlic with all the seasonings and vegetables.
Lastly add the fried fish add chili oil for glaze.
Five spice fish is ready to serve.
