Instructions
Marinate undercut with chili sauce, hoi son, salt, white pepper, sugar, egg white, corn flour and oil for 1 hour, deep fry undercut for 10 min.
Remove and keep aside.
FOR SAUCE
Heat oil fry garlic, then golden above all the seasoning with stock.
Beef lastly thicken the sauce with corn flour paste, heat sizzler, add 1 tbsp oil.
Then add the beef with sauce serve sizzling hot.
