Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Undercut Beef (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hoi son Sauce
  • ½ tsp White pepper
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 qty Egg white
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour heaped
  • 2 tbsp Oil

FOR STEAK SAUCE

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
  • ½ cups Sweet sauce
  • 2 tbsp Hoi son sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 cup Stock
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour dissolved in water

Instructions
 

  • Marinate undercut with chili sauce, hoi son, salt, white pepper, sugar, egg white, corn flour and oil for 1 hour, deep fry undercut for 10 min.
  • Remove and keep aside.

FOR SAUCE

  • Heat oil fry garlic, then golden above all the seasoning with stock.
  • Beef lastly thicken the sauce with corn flour paste, heat sizzler, add 1 tbsp oil.
  • Then add the beef with sauce serve sizzling hot.
