Ingredients
  

  • 750 gm Mutton
  • 1 cup Brown onion
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • ¾ cup Oil
  • 4 qty White cardamom
  • 1 tbsp Whole spices mixed
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Kewra water
  • Yellow color pinch
  • ¼ tsp Saffron
  • 600 and 2 gm and tbsp Rice boiled with (2 tbsp salt)
  • ¼ tsp Mace grinded
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg grinded
  • ¼ tsp White cardamom grinded
  • 12 qty Almonds grinded

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili, whole spices, mutton, brown onion, cook till mutton gets tender.
  • Now add yogurt with grinded almonds, mace, nutmeg, white cardamom powder, cook until done.
  • Put boil rice on top of mutton mixture, add Kewra and yellow color, mixed with saffron.
  • Cover and leave it on dum for 15 to 20 minutes.
