Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Minced Mutton
  • ½ cup Khoya
  • 2 oz Butter
  • 1 cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Green chilies
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • ½ tsp Soda Bi-carb
  • Onion (sliced) for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Mix all together in mince and choperized well.
  • Just before cooking add soda, make into seekh kabab shapes, pan fry or bake.
  • Give dum of coal serve garnish with onion rings.
