- ½ kg Mince
- 2 tbsp Coconut desiccated
- 10 qty Button red chilies roasted
- 10 qty Black pepper roasted
- 5 qty Cloves
- 1 ½ tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander seeds
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
- 2 qty Bread slices
- 1 qty Egg
Grind all the dry spices, mix in mince, give dum of coal, mix all very well and chopperize mixture, shape into kebabs with wet hands, serve with any salad.
