Heat Oil, fry chopped onions till light golden, add in ginger garlic, stir well.
Add mutton and cook for a while.
Now add all dry spices with whipped curd and cook for 10 min, add green chilies, when oil comes on top, than add in gram flour mixture with extra water, cover and leave it on low flame for almost 1 hour till mutton is tender and curry thickens.
