FOR GRILLING

Instructions
Marinate chicken breast with salt, white pepper, mustard, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice for ½ an hour.
Then fold fillets in dry flour and grill in oil or butter from both sides for 7-8 minutes.
Remove in a platter.
Heat extra butter and add ginger garlic paste, white pepper and finely chopped parsley, stir and remove and immediately pour over chicken fillet.
Serve with fires or mash potatoes
