Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Chickpeas (Boiled)
  • 1 cup Potatoes (Cubed, boiled)
  • 20 qty Curry Leaves
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 2 tbsp Thai Red Curry Paste
  • ½ cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Suree Tamarind Paste
  • ½ tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add curry leaves with thai red curry paste and ¼ cup water.
  • Fry well.
  • Add boiled chickpeas, potatoes with sweet chili sauce, tamarind paste and salt.
  • Mix everything well, and remove to a platter.
  • Serve and garnish with papri.
