Instructions
Heat oil in a pan.
Add curry leaves with thai red curry paste and ¼ cup water.
Fry well.
Add boiled chickpeas, potatoes with sweet chili sauce, tamarind paste and salt.
Mix everything well, and remove to a platter.
Serve and garnish with papri.
