Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Ridge Gourd
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 6 to 8 qty Green chilies (sliced)
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • 1 qty Onion (sliced) medium
  • 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan add onion and fry till light brown.
  • Then add ginger and garlic.
  • Fry for a minute.
  • Now add mustard seeds and ridge gourd.
  • Then add salt and green chilies. 
  • Cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Now add yogurt and cook on a high flame for another 15 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
