Instructions
Heat oil in a pan add onion and fry till light brown.
Then add ginger and garlic.
Fry for a minute.
Now add mustard seeds and ridge gourd.
Then add salt and green chilies.
Cook for about 5 minutes.
Now add yogurt and cook on a high flame for another 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
