Gelatin 1 ½ dissolved in ¼ cup water
Instructions
Dissolve gelatin in ¼ cup water, beat egg white stiff with 6 tbsp caster sugar, keep aside, blend together mangoes, cream and yogurt.
Fold in dissolved gelatin mixture, also fold in the egg whites, pour in a mould to set, decorate with whipped cream, serve chilled.
