Ingredients
  

FOR PHULKI

  • 1 cup Moong daal flour
  • 4 tbsp Mash daal flour
  • tsp Soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • Warm water to make batter
  • Oil to fry

FOR DAHI PHULKI MIX CHAAT

  • 1 and ¼ cups Boiled chickpeas 1 cup with ¼ cup water remaining
  • 8 to 10 qty Phulkis
  • 2 tbsp Sweet chutney
  • 2 tbsp Imli aur khajoor ki chutney heaped
  • 1 tsp Green chutney
  • 1 qty Onion sliced soaked in water
  • Chopped coriander leaves as required
  • ½ tsp Chaat masala
  • ½ cup Crushed papri
  • ½ cup Potatoes boiled and diced
  • Assemble as demonstrated

Instructions
 

  • Make batter with given ingredients leave for 30 mins.
  • Deep fry phulkis.
