Honey Saffron Buns Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 cup Warm Milk
  • ½ cup Warm Water
  • 1 qty Egg
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • ¼ tsp Melted Butter
  • 1 ½ tsp Yeast
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 6 to 8 qty Cheese Cubes
  • 1 qty Egg (for brushing)

Ingredients For Glaze:

  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • ¼ tsp Saffron

Instructions
 

  • First for glaze use sugar, water and saffron and boil them till it get thick.
  • Now put Honey and make it cold.
  • For Buns put flour, Water, egg, sugar,oil,butter
  • Yeast, salt and put warm water or warm milk and roll all the ingredients for 10 minutes.
  • Cover the mixture and wait for 40 minutes.
  • Now make 25 small balls and in center put cheese cubes. Put melted butter in pan and then put these balls.
  • Leave to rise for 30 min.
  • Cook them for 15 minutes then brush it with egg and cook more 15 minutes and serve it.
