Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Maize flour
  • ½ cup Maida
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt as required

Instructions
 

  • Knead all the above ingredients with water.
  • Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Roll into circle like roti, prick it using a fork.
  • Cut triangular pieces & fry.
