Ingredients
  

  • 3 ounces Butter softened
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • 1 cup Caster sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 2 tsp Coffee
  • 3 qty Eggs
  • 2 cups Flour
  • cup Milk
  • cup Thick curd
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • ¼ tsp Baking soda

FOR FROSTING

  • 4 ounces Cream cheese (cubes)
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 4 ounces Butter
  • 1 cup Icing Sugar
  • 1 tsp Coffee
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • Coco powder to dust

FOR SOAKING SYRUP

  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Coffee

Instructions
 

  • In bowl sieve together flour, baking powder, baking soda add in 1 cup sugar, mixes in butter, keep aside.
  • In another bowl beat eggs, milk, yogurt, coffee, vanilla essence, vinegar and oil for 2 minutes.
  • Pour this mixture in the dry ingredients, beat slightly.
  • Pour in muffin tray in cup cake liners, and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • Remove cool, pipe with frosting.

FOR FROSTING

  • Beat cream cheese adding in butter and icing sugar, add dissolved coffee, fold in whipped cream
  • fill the cream in piping bag and pipe rossets on top, dust with coco powder and serve.
  • Before frosting soak the cup cakes with coffee syrup.
