Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Potatoes (peeled, crushed & boiled)
  • 2 qty Oil (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 4 qty Green Chilies (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Oil

FOR BAGHAR

  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • ¼ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • 20 qty Curry Leaves

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil and add oil ingredients of baghar.
  • Now fry onions for 5 min in another pan, add garlic paste, turmeric and green chilies.
  • Fry well.
  • Add potatoes, salt and mix well.
  • Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add coriander leaves along with baghar and serve.
