Instructions
Heat oil and add oil ingredients of baghar.
Now fry onions for 5 min in another pan, add garlic paste, turmeric and green chilies.
Fry well.
Add potatoes, salt and mix well.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add coriander leaves along with baghar and serve.
