Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Chops (flatten)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
  • ¼ cup Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Raw papaya grinded
  • 1 pinch Orange red color
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 2 tbsp Chicken Tikka Masala
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • 2 tbsp brown onion (ground)

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chops with all the ingredients for 1 hour.
  • Heat oil add chops.
  • Fry for 5 min add 1 cup of water cover and cook till done.
  • Give Dum of coal serve garnish with onion rings and mint leaf.
