Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Mince
  • 1 tbsp Crushed Red pepper 
  • ½ tsp All Spice    
  • 1 tsp Salt      
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup      
  • ½ cup Oil      
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves      
  • 4 qty Green chilies      
  • 1 tbsp Ginger/ garlic      
  • 1 ½ tsp Zeera crushed      
  • 1 ½ tsp Dhania (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp Desiccated Coconut (roasted & ground)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds (roasted & ground)
  • 1 tbsp Khaskhash                            
  • ¾ cup Yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Marinate mince with all above, except oil and hara masala for 2 hours.
  • Heat oil, add mince, cover & cook till done and oil comes on top.
  • Stir and cook well, then serve.
