Murgh Anmol Moti Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Chicken breast Cut in cubes
  • ½ cup Hung curd
  • ½ tsp Black cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 10 qty Cashew nuts ground
  • ½ tsp Allspice powder
  • 1 ½ tsp Chili powder heaped
  • 1 tbsp White vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Rose water
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • 1 qty Egg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Clarified butter for brushing
  • 1 tbsp Sambal oleak
  • 2 tbsp Sweet chili sauce

FOR SALAD

  • 2 tbsp Salad dressing
  • 1 qty Onion cut into rings
  • ½ qty Carrot grated
  • ½ qty Cucumber cut into moon slices
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Capsicum chopped

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken cubes with all the given spices, leave it for marinate for 2 hours.
  • Put chicken cubes on skewers, roast in a moderate oven for 20 mins.
  • Brushing with ghee in between, serve hot with salad and chatni.

FOR SALAD

  • Mix all together, serve with murg anmol moti.
