Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Undercut Beef (julienned)
  • 1 qty Onion (sliced)
  • 1 qty Capsicum (sliced)
  • ½ cup Basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce

FOR SAUCE

  • 4 to 5 qty Red chilies
  • 6 qty Lime leaves
  • 1 tbsp Garlic

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil 1/4 cup fry beef on high flame.
  • Add all the sauces and blended ingredients cook for 5 min and remove.

FOR SAUCE

  • Blend all together to form a paste.
