Instructions
Heat oil add ginger garlic paste with chicken and fry well, for 10 mins till it becomes white.
Add in blended tomato, tomato paste, sambal oleak, fry well.
Add all the dry spices, yogurt, fry well.
Add red chilies, cut with ½ cup water.
Cover and cook for 10 mins till done.
Thick masala left.
Serve with nan.
