Ingredients
  

  • 8 qty Whole red chilies long one
  • ¼ cup Clarified butter
  • 2 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Whole black pepper
  • 8 qty Garlic Cloves
  • 6 qty Cloves
  • ¼ cup Tamarind pulp
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • ½ kg Boiled mutton
  • 2 tbsp Jaggery
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 15 qty Curry leaves

Instructions
 

  • Dry roast on tawa , whole long red chiliesand remove,then add clarified butter in a fry pan and roast all the rest , put in a grinder and grind well.
  • Heat clarified butter in a pan,fry grinded masala with chilies,add turmeric,yogurt,fry well,add boiled mutton with jaggery,salt ,curry leaves,cook till masala well coated.
  • Remove and serve.
