Ingredients
  

  • 6 qty Mutton paye
  • ¼ + ¼ cup Oil
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 1 ½ tbsp Ginger garlic paste heaped
  • 3 qty Green chilies chopped
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 packet Paya masala
  • 1 tsp Chili powder heaped
  • ½ tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp All spice leveled
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 tbsp Ginger julienne
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Wheat flour dissolved in ½ cup water

Instructions
 

  • Boil mutton paye with mixed whole spices,10 cups water till tender and 2 cups stock left.
  • Heat ¼ cup oil plus ¼ cup water in a handi,add boiled paye with stock,remove handi.
  • In another handi heat ¼ cup oil,add onion fry till light golden,add ginger garlic paste,paya masala,chili powder,crushed red pepper,¼ cup water,fry well,add this to the paya mixture.
  • When boiling the chicken with aata paste,cook for 10 mins on low flame.
  • Serve garnished with coriander,green chilies and ginger julienne.
  • Serve with naan.
