Ingredients
  

  • 6 qty Boiled eggs
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 4 tbsp Fried onion ground
  • 2 tbsp Tomato puree
  • 3 qty Blended Tomatoes
  • 1 ½ tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 ½ tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp All spice
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic
  • Green coriander for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil,add tomato puree,blended tomatoes,spices and fried onion and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Now put 1 cup water and cook until gravy is thick.
  • Then add boiled eggs,garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
