Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Mutton chops
  • 1 tbsp Chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Biryani masala
  • 8 qty Ground green chilies
  • 1 ½ tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Roasted cumin
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg powder
  • ¼ tsp Mace powder
  • 3 qty Tomatoes
  • 4 qty Green chilies
  • 1 tbsp Crushed coriander
  • 1 pinch Orange food color
  • ½ kg Boiled rice
  • ½ cup Clarified butter
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • ½ cup Cream
  • Coal for smoke
  • ½ cup Fried onion

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chops with ginger,garllic,yogurt,biryani masala,ground green chilies and dry all spices for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil,put fried onion,chops,tomatoes and green chilies,cover it and cook until chops tender.
  • Heat oil in other pan,add chops,fried onion,coriander leaves,green chilies,boiled rice,orange food color,yogurt and cream and mix it.
  • Now cover,simmer it foe 15 to 20 minutes,give smoke of coal and serve.
