Instructions
Beat sugar and eggs together until fluffy.
Then in another bowl add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
Mix well and add to the wet ingredients.
Now add oil and mix properly until well combined.
Add the batter to the mould and bake it in an oven on 180 C for about 35 minutes
FOR THE FROSTING
Beat the whipping cream, add chopped mint, green color and mint essence.
Mix well and aply onto the cake.
Lastly add chocolate syrup on top.
FOR THE DECORATION
Lastly decorate the cake with fresh flowers and chocolate. Serve.
