Liver Masala Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 750 gm Mutton liver finely chopped
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • 2 Cloves
  • ¾ cup Oil
  • 1 qty Onion (boil and blended)
  • 2 qty Tomatoes (blended)
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic
  • 3 qty Green chilis
  • ½ tsp Chili powder
  • 2 tbsp Qorma masala
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Roasted and crushed cumin
  • 1 tsp Roasted and crushed coriander
  • ½ tsp All spice
  • 4 qty Button red chilies
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tbsp Sambaloleak
  • ½ cup Coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil, add boiled and blended onion, fry for 5 minutes.
  • Add ginger garlic, blended tomatoes, fry well.
  • Add seasoning yogurt, fry well.
  • Add liver,l fry for 10 minutes.
  • Lastly add coconut milk, coriander, green chilies and salt, cook for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies.
  • Serve with roti, paratha or nan.
