Ingredients
  

  • 4 Flour Tortias   
  • 1/2 cup Cream Cheese 
  • 300 gm Bonesless Chicken Strips 
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (crushed)   
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper   
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilies (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp Cumin (roasted & crushed) 

FOR SOUR CREAM

  • 1 packet Cream
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ tbsp Salt & Black Pepper  
  • 1 tbsp Oregano

FOR SALSA

  • 3 Tomatoes balanced and chopped
  • 2 tbsp Onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Capsicums (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Oil 
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice 
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves  

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken with garlic, salt, black pepper and crushed red chilies.
  • Heat oil 2 tbsp, add marinated chicken, cook for 10 minutes.

FOR CHIMICHANGAS

  • Spread tortillas, mix chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese and spread on tortillas.
  • Roll up tortillas with sides tucked in.
  • Shallow fry in frying pan until golden.
  • Serve with sour cream and salsa.
