Instructions
Heat oil add baghar slightly fry.
Add all the dry seasonings with ¼ cup water
Fry well add brinjals with another ½ cup water
Cover and cook till nearly done lastly add tamarind pulp
Leave it on dum for 10 minutes and remove.
