Instructions
Boil potatoes till tender.
Heat oil, add curry leaves with green chilies, fenugreek seeds, turmeric and boiled potatoes.
Fry for 2 mins and remove, before serving heat potato mixture.
Remove in a serving bowl, and spread with beaten yogurt mix well sprinkle with chopped coriander.
