Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet Tikka boti
  • ½ packet Egg noodles boiled
  • 1 cup Sweet corn
  • 3 qty Tomatoes chopperized
  • 1 Capsicum sliced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • ½ cup Green olives chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Mustard powder
  • 2 tbsp Tandoori masala
  • 1 tbsp Sambal oleak
  • 2 tbsp Sweet chili sauce

Instructions
 

  • Boil chicken and cut into cubes, save 2 cups stock, boil the noodles, keep aside.
  • Heat oil, add chopped onion, capsicum, fry for 2 mins, add tomatoes, tandoori masala.
  • Cook for 5 mins, fold in boiled noodles, chicken, corn, olives, salt, pepper, mustard, mix well, pour into a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Bake for 20 mins on 180 d, serve hot.
