Ingredients
  

  • 150 gm Sugar
  • 150 ml Oil
  • 2 qty Eggs
  • 150 gm Flour
  • 80 gm Beetroot
  • 23 ml Red Color
  • 38 ml Milk
  • 38 ml Yogurt
  • 15 ml Condensed milk
  • a pinch Salt
  • 1 drop Vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Cocoa powder
  • Cream Cheese

Ingredients For Filling And Topping :

  • 300 ml Whippy whip cream
  • 120 ml Condensed milk
  • 17 gm Cream Cheese
  • 17 ml Lemon Juice
  • 10 gm Gelatin
  • 2 qty Egg yolk
  • 200 ml Milk

Instructions
 

  • Mix well sugar oil and eggs in a bowl , then add milk, yogurt , condensed milk and mix well.
  • Add the beetroot and remaining ingredients and pour this in 7×7 mold bake on 150 degree for 25 min.

Method For Filling :

  • Heat milk add egg yolk and cook then remove from stove , now add cream cheese, condensed milk , lemon juice and dissolved gelatin.
  • When it become cool add the whipped cream , now make a first laying of red velvet in a mold.
  • Now add this mixture of milk and egg yolk to mold then on top of velvet and serve.
