Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Chicken mince
  • 3 tsp tandori masala
  • 1 qty egg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic
  • 1 sliced bread
  • ½ qty cucumber into rings
  • 1 qty onion cuts into rings
  • 4 qty burgers bun

Ingredients For Yoghurt Sauces

  • 1 cup hung curd
  • ½ tsp black pepper crushed
  • ½ tsp roasted cumin crushed
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 qty greenchili Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Put chicken mince in a chopper, with all the given ingredients excepts cucumber and onion.
  • Grind a smooth paste.
  • Make into patty equally, grill in the 2 tsp oil.
  • Heat burgers buns spread with mayonnaise, put salad leaf, mince patty top with yoghurt sauce, cucumber rings.
  • 1 onion ring cover with patty serve immediately.
