Ingredients
  

  • 1 qty Chicken breast cut into thin julienne
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • 4 qty Mushrooms sliced
  • 4 qty Green chilies small ones cut in halves
  • 1 tsp Ginger sliced
  • 1 cup Thick coconut milk
  • 2 tsp Coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp Flour
  • 4 cups Stock
  • ½ tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 2 tsp Chili oil
  • ¼ tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Fish sauce

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken strips with salt and white pepper ½ tsp each, boil stock, add in marinated chicken with dissolved flour paste, mushrooms, green chilies, ginger slice, coconut milk, crushed red pepper.
  • Remaining salt and white pepper, lemon juice, chili oil and fish sauce, cook till thick serve hot with coriander leaves.
