Chicken breasts 2 cut into halves to make 4 fillets

1tspCoarsely ground black pepper

Ingredients For Coating:
1cupFlour
2qtyEggs beaten
Ingredients For Lemon Butter Sauce:
2ounceButter
1tspChopped garlic
2tspFlour
1cupChicken stock
2tspLemon juice
¼tspSalt
½tspChicken powder
½tspBlack pepper
1tspFinely chopped parsley
Instructions
Marinate chicken fillets with all the ingredients, also add in soya sauce, vinegar, beat eggs, in another plate spread flour, coat each fillet in flour then dip in egg
Again spread in flour and shallow fry in fry pan till light golden.
METHOD FOR SAUCE:
Heat oil, fry garlic, add flour, cook for 1 min, add in stock, stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed, add lemon juice with all the remaining ingredients.
When sauce starts to thicken, remove from heat, serve with fried chicken steaks.
