Fried Chicken Steak with Lemon Butter Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Chicken breasts 2 cut into halves to make 4 fillets
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • ½ tsp Salt

Ingredients For Coating:

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 qty Eggs beaten

Ingredients For Lemon Butter Sauce:

  • 2 ounce Butter
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp Flour
  • 1 cup Chicken stock
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Chicken powder
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Finely chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken fillets with all the ingredients, also add in soya sauce, vinegar, beat eggs, in another plate spread flour, coat each fillet in flour then dip in egg
  • Again spread in flour and shallow fry in fry pan till light golden.

METHOD FOR SAUCE:

  • Heat oil, fry garlic, add flour, cook for 1 min, add in stock, stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed, add lemon juice with all the remaining ingredients.
  • When sauce starts to thicken, remove from heat, serve with fried chicken steaks.
