Instructions
METHOD:
Mix together yogurt, gram flour, sugar, water, ginger garlic, green chili paste, salt and turmeric, and cook till thick. Keep stirring continuously.
METHOD FOR TADKA:
Heat clarified butter and add all ingredients. Allow it to crackle, add the temper to the wok. Cover for 2 minutes.
Add chopped coriander leaves and cook on slow for 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve hot with rice.
