Instructions
In a bowl beat sugar and eggs well until the mixture gets fluffy. Then add oil and beat well.
Now add milk, yogurt, condensed milk, red color and vanilla essence. Mix well.
Now add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix and fold properly.
Then mash the beetroot and add to the batter. Grease 11×15 baking swiss tray and add the batter.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 c for about 10 minutes.
Method For The Decoration:
In a bowl beat cream and cream cheese well. Lastly decorate the red velvet swiss roll and serve.
