Heat oil in a pan, add in boiled rice, chicken powder with ¼ cup water, top with yellow color, saffron essence, leave it on dum.
METHOD FOR CHICKEN:
In a pan put 1 cup water with whole chicken, tandoori masala, yogurt, salt, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, cover and cook till chicken tender.
In a pan heat oil, add blended tomatoes, crushed red pepper, allspice powder, fry for 5 mins, add in the whole chicken, leave it on dum for 10 mins.
Then add in whole green chilies and coriander leaves.
TO ASSEMBLE:
Put rice on a serving platter surround with boiled and fried potatoes, boiled eggs, cooked chicken in the center, top with fried nuts, serve immediately.
