Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 180 D, line two 11 inches spring foam pans with butter paper, Beat butter and brown sugar together.
Add the eggs and vanilla essence, sieve flour, coco and baking soda, add into the batter, divide the dough into two and press into the prepared pan.
Bake for 20 mins until golden, remove from oven and cool compete.
METHOD FOR TOPPING:
Beat butter and icing sugar together, add in cream cheese and melted chocolate, spread the topping over the cooled cookies.
Place one of the top of the other, decorate and top with chocolate chips and M&Ms.
