Boil Rice For Serving
Instructions
Split Red Lentil (boiled) with ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, ground chia seeds powder and pepper. Blend it in a blender for a minute or two.
Cook with tomatoes, green chilies, curry leaves and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
For tempering, add oil and other ingredients in a frying pan. Let it brown.
Add tempering on the lentils then serve with rice.
