Instructions
Sift flour into a heap, make a hollow gap in the center, pour egg, salt and water in it and knead to a smooth dough.
Then apply oil and knead again. Cover with damp cloth and leave for 1/2 hour.
Meanwhile make the paste by mixing ghee and egg. Keep it aside.
Make about 6-8 balls from the dough. Take one ball, spread it a bit and apply the prepared paste on it.
Roll in to square and then again into a ball. Make all paratha’s like that applying oil on top. Cover and leave for another 1/2 hour.
Heat griddle/tawa. Roll out each ball in to thin shape of parathas.
Make hole in the centre and fry on griddle/tawa from one side then change the side and apply ghee and fry from both sides until golden.
