Oats Papaya Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Oats 
  • 2 cups Milk 
  • ½ cup Ripe Papaya
  • ¼ cup Vanilla Ice Cream (Optional)
  • Ice Cubes
  • Sugar As Required
  • Few drop Vanilla Essence
  • Cashew Nuts
  • Almonds

Instructions
 

  • Dry roast the oats for a minute or until light golden.
  • Remove and grind to a fine powder.
  • Add papaya pieces and grind again until smooth.
  • Add milk, ice cubes, vanilla ice cream, vanilla essence and sugar.
  • Beat well until combined.
  • Pour into individual serving glasses.
  • Garnish with almonds and cashew nuts.
  • Serve chilled.
