Vanilla Ice Cream (Optional)
Ice Cubes
Sugar As Required

Vanilla Essence
Cashew Nuts
Almonds
Instructions
Dry roast the oats for a minute or until light golden.
Remove and grind to a fine powder.
Add papaya pieces and grind again until smooth.
Add milk, ice cubes, vanilla ice cream, vanilla essence and sugar.
Beat well until combined.
Pour into individual serving glasses.
Garnish with almonds and cashew nuts.
Serve chilled.
