Mint Leaves
Ice Cubes
Instructions
Peel and grate the cucumbers.
Transfer to a blender.
Add the ice cubes, yogurt, honey, few mint leaves and lemon juice.
Blend well until smooth.
Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with mint leaves. Serve at once.
