Fruit Salad with Condensed Milk Recipe

Ingredients
  

For The Fruit:

  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • ½ cup Grapes
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 Apple
  • 2 Bananas

For The Dressing:

  • 200 g Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 200 ml Heavy Cream
  • ¼ cup Milk

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop the strawberries into small bite sized pieces.
  • Wash the grapes, and slice the grapes into half. Remove seeds if needed. Also used seedless grapes.
  • Wash the blueberries, and rinse well.
  • Peel the kiwi, banana, apple, and slice into small pieces.
  • Transfer to a bowl, and mix until combined.

For Dressing:

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy whipping cream, and milk.
  • Whisk until fully combine.

Assembling:

  • Pour over the prepared dressing onto the fruit. Gently fold the fruit and dressing together, until the fruits are fully coated.
