Carry Ka Sharbat

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Raw Mango
  • 1 kg Sugar
  • 4 nos Lemon
  • 2 lit Water
  • 1 pinch Black salt
  • Few Mint Leaves

Instructions
 

  • Peel the raw mangoes, boil them with water and cool them
  • Make a pulp of the curries in the same water and discard the kernels
  • Grind the pulp in a blender and add it to the pot
  • Add sugar to it and cook on low heat until sugar dissolves and turn off the stove
  • When the raw mangoes mixture cools down, add lemon juice and black salt to it
  • Bottle the raw mangoes syrup and keep it in the fridge
  • To serve, pour two tablespoons of it into a syrup glass
  • Add water, ice and mint leaves to it and serve
  • Use a stainless steel pot to boil curries.
