Instructions
Peel the raw mangoes, boil them with water and cool them
Make a pulp of the curries in the same water and discard the kernels
Grind the pulp in a blender and add it to the pot
Add sugar to it and cook on low heat until sugar dissolves and turn off the stove
When the raw mangoes mixture cools down, add lemon juice and black salt to it
Bottle the raw mangoes syrup and keep it in the fridge
To serve, pour two tablespoons of it into a syrup glass
Add water, ice and mint leaves to it and serve
Use a stainless steel pot to boil curries.
